Tango Mango Balsamic Vinegar is the perfect condiment for warmer weather. Sweet, fruity, floral, and acidic. How do we pack all of those flavors in to our Mango White Balsamic Vinegar? We use the prized Alfoos mango and pair them with our Barrell Aged White Balsamic for a complex ingredient that can be used for both sweet or savory dishes.
Tango Mango White Balsamic Vinegar makes a fantastic salad dressing when paired with our Blood Orange, or Meyer Lemon infused olive oil.
For a spicy marinade, use equal parts Mango White Balsamic Vinegar and your favorite spicy olive oil from NOLA Blends, like Cajun Garlic, Habanero, or Jalapeno Infused Olive Oil. Add a few cloves of minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and you’ve got a delicious way to prepare chicken, pork, white fish, and shrimp.
If spicy isn’t your thing, try matching Mango White Balsamic Vinegar with Green Onion, or Garlic Olive Oil instead.
Drizzle it over avocados or add a little bit to your guacamole or salsa. Stir some into sour cream for your tacos or nachos. Avocado Shrimp Boats would be even better with 2 teaspoons of Mango White Balsamic Vinegar added to the filling.
