  1. In blender (or using hand blender/whisk in stainless bowl) combine the egg yolks, mustard
  2. Beat on high for 2 minutes or until smooth
  3. Gradually drizzle in Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil and beat constantly, until mixture is thick
  4. Blend in remaining salt and pepper

Garlic Mayo, Basil Mayo, Cajun Garlic Mayo, Persian Lime Mayo, Blood Orange Mayo
