Tandoori has traditionally been known as a cooking style rather than a taste combination, but the culinary community has welcomed the aromatic spices and unusual cuisine that Tandoori produces.  Northern India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan were the birthplaces of this cooking technique. Excellent with meats (particularly lamb and chicken), rice dishes, naan or roti dipping, vegetable curry, and substantial soups.  Do you like spicy food with a kick?  Tandoori Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil delivers on both counts.

What is Tandoori Spice: ground ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, ground nutmeg, ground cloves and sometimes ground cinnamon.

Our blend is unique to us for infusion purposes but we have no doubt this will bring you right back to traditional Tandoori cuisine.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and oxidizers.
Mix well before each use.
