Salsa, Dip & Queso Mix

Ingredients: Onion, bell pepper, green chile, cilantro, tomato, garlic, jalapeno, cayenne, lime juice powder, spices


For dip: add 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayo (you can substitute non-fat or low fat products if desired)

For salsa: add to 3(15oz) cans crushed or diced tomatoes

For Queso: add to 2lbs Velveeta (yellow or white) & 1 cup milk

For Dressing: add to 1 cup mayo & 1 cup buttermilk

For Cheeseball: mix with 2 - 8oz packages cream cheese and 1/4 cup of softened butter (substitute margarine if preferred)
